Welcome to a studio unlike most yoga studios. A place you can feel at home, not judged, yet see real changes come to fruition. I've never been one to like huge colleges, mega churches, fitness centers or the 'corporate world; that's why I created Greenleaf.
I didn't want it to be another intimidating yoga studio experience or an impersonal, public classroom. Instead Greenleaf is a respite in a hectic world, a place to encourage the tradition of yoga and meditation to people of all walks of life, no matter one's size, shape or physical condition.
Explore self expression, personal growth, empowerment, and deep healing through a gentle personalized approach with limited class sizes.
